Please take a moment to review our policies before booking so everything runs smoothly for you and our team. Deposits & Booking • A 50% deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. • Your appointment is considered fully confirmed once your deposit is received. Without a deposit, requested dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations & No-Shows • We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 7 days will result in the loss of your deposit and a $195 cancellation fee. • For same-day cancellations or missed appointments, the deposit will be forfeited and a 95% service fee will apply in place of the $195 fee. • Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before future bookings. We’re always happy to welcome you back once your balance is cleared, and a new 50% deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Hair Maintenance • To keep your hair looking and feeling its best, specialty services should be maintained within 8 weeks, unless your stylist recommends a different timeline. • If maintenance is delayed beyond the recommended timeframe, additional time, corrective work, service adjustments, or extra fees may be needed depending on your hair’s condition. • Clients who are significantly overdue may be asked to complete a consultation before booking. Regular maintenance and at-home care help ensure the long-term health and beauty of your hair. Service Adjustments • Any service adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment to be honored. • Adjustments requested or booked after 7 days will require a new appointment and a new deposit. • Please schedule promptly, as availability is not always guaranteed. Late Arrivals • We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this window may need to be rescheduled. • If we’re still able to accommodate you, a $65 inconvenience fee will be added to your service total. • If you’re running late, please reach out to the studio as soon as possible so we can best support your appointment. Service Satisfaction • All completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment. • When appropriate, we’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment for concerns related to the original service, provided it falls within the 7-day adjustment window above. Studio Etiquette & Hygiene • To maintain a calm and focused environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved. All services are by appointment only. • For a relaxing experience, headphones are required for any audible phone or media use during your service. • We kindly ask that clients arrive clean and freshly groomed. If hygiene concerns impact the comfort or safety of the service environment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
